Graeme’s background is in communications and marketing, having spent much of his career advising businesses on the full spectrum of their communication plans. After stints at The Underbelly and Traverse Theatre, he joined a marketing consultancy in London working for blue-chip clients such as Unilever, Cisco, Siemens, BP, Rockport and Standard Chartered Bank, before spending two-years working in the communications team within Shell.
On returning to Edinburgh, Graeme became Head of Communications & Development at the CMI (Edinburgh International Film Festival & Filmhouse) before joining The Union Advertising Agency where, as Group Account Director, he headed accounts for clients including Skyscanner, Miller Homes, Sterling Furniture, Skills Development Scotland, Scottish Enterprise and Oriam. He is now Marketing Director at a Scottish technology company.
Graeme holds an MA in Economics from Edinburgh University and is a Board Member of Grid Iron Theatre Company. He lives in East Lothian with his wife and two young children.
