Culture & Business Fund Scotland: A source of support for COVID-19 recovery and renewal ROADSHOW

Registration: 11:00 | Event 11:00 - 13:30

Online event

Tuesday, 26 October 2021

Due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, we are taking our Culture & Business Scotland (CBFS) Roadshows online.

This free webinar will give attendees from across the arts, heritage, third, public and business sectors the opportunity to learn about the fund, and how we have adapted the criteria to provide more flexible support for the sectors through a period of recovery and renewal throughout 2021 and beyond.

This knowledge transfer session is particularly relevant to arts or heritage organisations seeking or securing business support to enhance digital expertise, undertake website development, appoint development staff, or enable other work to develop wider connections to reach potential audiences for now and the future.

The session is also relevant to public sector organisations and businesses who would like to know how the CBFS can help them to support cultural activities that can contribute to creating healthy and inspiring working environments that empower staff to innovate, contribute to local communities, or provide access to potential new market opportunities to unlock commercial potential through cultural tourism etc.

The session was very well structured and informative and provided an excellent overview of CBFS which is new for me.

Helpful information about the CBFS changes and useful to have the opportunity to ask questions

Very thorough approach to each aspect of the application process - David was very clear and also good approach to fielding / answering questions.”

There was a lot of useful and inspiring content shared in a way that was very practical and encouraging.”

As a "newbie", I came away with the information I needed, and with the encouragement to keep in touch.”

Great content delivered by a brilliant speaker. The pace was right, the engagement was right, and I got what I hoped to get from it and more. Thank you.”
